Before you contact us

If you're hitting an error in a workflow, including the following info in your email helps us resolve it faster:

  • Your HubSpot portal ID (visible in the URL of any HubSpot page).
  • The name of the workflow and the object type it runs on.
  • The exact error message shown in the workflow history.
  • The date and approximate time when the error occurred.
