These Terms govern your use of Sequence Enroll ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Sequence Enroll is a HubSpot Marketplace application that enables enrollment and unenrollment of contacts in HubSpot sequences from workflow actions, on workflow types and object types according to your subscription plan.

2. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Each plan includes a fixed number of enrollments per billing period; usage resets at each renewal. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Settings page in HubSpot. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not issue refunds for partial periods.

3. Free trial

New installs receive 50 free enrollments. The trial is one-time, does not require a credit card, and does not auto-renew. When the trial is consumed, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue enrolling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to send spam, violate HubSpot's terms of service, circumvent enrollment limits, or perform any activity that would harm HubSpot or other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. HubSpot platform limits

The app operates within the limits set by HubSpot's platform, including the daily 1,000 enrollments per inbox limit. We are not responsible for failures caused by HubSpot platform restrictions, outages, or API changes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that enrollments will reach contacts, that sequences will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app's home page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
