Privacy Policy

Sequence Enroll ("we", "our", "the app") is a HubSpot Marketplace application that enrolls and unenrolls contacts in HubSpot sequences from workflow actions. This Privacy Policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we access
When you install the app, HubSpot grants us OAuth access to specific scopes in your portal: read access to sequences, contacts, and CRM associations; and the ability to create sequence enrollments. We only read what is necessary to execute the workflow action you configure.
2. Data we store
We store the minimum data required to operate: your HubSpot portal ID, encrypted OAuth tokens, your subscription plan and enrollment usage counters, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. We do not store the content of your sequences, contact lists, or CRM records.
3. How we use your data
Data is used solely to (a) authenticate requests with HubSpot, (b) execute the enroll/unenroll actions configured in your workflows, (c) enforce plan limits and bill your subscription, and (d) provide customer support when you contact us.
4. Sub-processors
We use Vercel (hosting), Upstash Redis (data storage), and Stripe (billing). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.
5. Data retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app from HubSpot, we delete your OAuth tokens and stop processing enrollments. You can request full deletion of all stored data by emailing support@sequenceenroll.com.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about your portal at any time by contacting support@sequenceenroll.com.
